Uptown Festival of Arts & Crafts is free to the public and will feature, art, craft and food vendors. There will also be demonstrations by several of the artists and crafters, entertainment, and kids activities. The event will be held on Kemp Avenue in Uptown Watertown. Parking is available on the side streets, as well as the city parking lots. In case of rain, the even vendors will move inside Uptown Businesses.
